Financial Assistance

Everything you need to know about applying to us for financial assistance.

We receive a high volume of applications, all of which are carefully reviewed to assess urgency. We may contact you if further information is needed, and applications are allocated to a caseworker as capacity allows.

To check the status of your application, please log into your portal account.

Help to get back on your feet

If you’re a current, former or retired civil servant or a dependant of one, and you’re facing unexpected costs you can’t cover, we may be able to help.

Please note that we are not a crisis service as applications take time to process and action.
