Carer's Passport / Carer's Statement
Our digital tool will help you to reflect on and document your responsibilities as a care provider. You’ll get a personalised action plan with advice and signposts to additional resources.
The Carer’s Passport is part of the Civil Service’s workplace adjustments. Our tool prepares you for this. We do not write them.
The Carer’s Statement is for everyone and can be used with organisations outside the workplace.
