Taking Centre Stage at Civil Service Live 2026

Following on from our appearance at Civil Service Live in Edinburgh back in June, July saw the Charity for Civil Servants head to the Excel Centre for the London edition and take centre stage for the closing day’s opening address. 

We were delighted to share the stage with the Cabinet Secretary and President of the Charity for Civil Servants Dame Antonia Romeo DCB in her maiden Civil Service Live speech. Our CEO Jonathan Freeman MBE DL shared our vision for the future of the Charity and how we’ll continue to be at the heart of the UK Civil Service for decades to come. 

Across the two days at the Excel, our Senior Caring, Wellbeing and Health Supervisor Kath Cheer spoke to four packed out sessions over the two-day event on ‘The Power of Healthy Relationships’.

Civil Service Live reflections from London and Edinburgh

At both events, it was brilliant to see the Charity’s presence making an impact. We made sure that more civil servants knew the Charity is here with free, confidential support whenever life gets tricky. 

It was also an incredible opportunity to hear first hand from civil servants on how the Charity has supported them in the past and the impact our work has made to their lives. We loved hearing your stories and are so happy to have been there for so many of you when you’ve needed us.

What’s next for Civil Service Live?

Civil Service Live continues it’s tour round the country this year and into 2027 and we hope to see you at some of these future events.
