Thrive app

Digital wellbeing support and access to talking therapy at the touch of a button.

About the app

We’ve teamed up with Thrive, which gives you access to 24/7 mental health support.

The app features 100+ hours of content with evidence-based tools to support your mental health and wellbeing. It includes guided relaxation exercises, calm breathing tutorials, progress tracking and goal setting and a mood journal.

Unlike other apps, Thrive also gives you the opportunity to request talking therapy, which is then provided at no cost to you. They employ their own therapists with a range of different approaches and can offer talking therapy via phone or webcam after only a short waiting time.

Here’s how to activate your complimentary 1-year access.

Stephen’s story
The support from the Charity for Civil Servants has been invaluable to me. It really has had a massive impact on my quality of life. This enabled me to move out but still live close to my daughter. I now have my own space to rebuild my life. At a time when I was starting from zero, I felt like the charity kept me going.
