I’d like to send my heartfelt thanks to the CSIS Charity Fund for their invaluable continued support, for recognising the importance of our work and the difference we continue to make within the Civil Service community.
CSIS and the Charity
A strong partnership supporting civil servants in need
The CSIS Charity Fund has once again shown its ongoing commitment to the civil service community by awarding a generous grant of £75,000 to support our work. This latest donation continues their long-standing support to ensure we can be here for current, former and retired civil servants when they are facing tough times.

Celebrating the incredible support our CEO, Jonathan Freeman MBE said:
The CSIS Charity Fund is entirely funded by the Civil Service Insurance Society, a not-for-profit insurance provider dedicated to serving current and former civil servants. Every year the Civil Service Insurance Society channels its operating surplus into the Charity Fund, allowing it to make meaningful grants to a range of charitable causes – including ourselves.

Debbie Terry, Chair of CSIS Charity Fund, said:
Here at the Charity Fund we’re committed to the civil and public service community and we’re delighted to make a difference to those within it who are experiencing financial hardship or facing difficult personal issues. Supporting the Charity for Civil Servants is a key priority for us.
We’re delighted to be selected as one of the Charity Fund’s beneficiaries again and this continued funding helps ensure that civil servants and their families have access to the help they need during difficult times.
* All available surplus is donated to civil and public service charities via the CSIS Charity Fund. Civil Service Insurance Society and Charity for Civil Servants work together under a Commercial Participation Agreement, so that every time you purchase car or home insurance, 1% or 2% respectively of the product sales, will be donated to support our work.
