Help and support

Your charity is here for you. And for Bob. And Ayisha. And… well you get the point. Basically, anyone who is or who has been a civil servant can come to us when life gets tough.

Financial support

If you’re experiencing financial hardship, we may be able to help you with things like household essentials, bills or funeral costs.

Mental health and wellbeing

We’re happy when you’re at your best. Mental health problems like anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll find the support you need, whatever you’re going through.

If you’re having trouble sleeping, relationship problems or coping with grief, we can help with these as well.

Help for carers

Caring can be hard work. You may need care and support too – and that’s where we come in.

That’s why we have a dedicated resource that’s just for you, packed with advice to help you look after yourself and the one you care for.

Money matters

Money worries can appear out of nowhere. Whatever your concern, we’ll do all we can to take the weight off your shoulders.

Sometimes it’s just about being able to chat in confidence to someone who knows what they’re talking about (we can do that), or getting a helping hand to be more in control of your money.
