Money struggles are often treated as a problem of knowledge, discipline or motivation. For neurodivergent people, the real barriers may sit in executive functioning, emotional overwhelm, communication and inaccessible systems. Annie explores what genuinely helps – and how civil servants can make money conversations and support more accessible for themselves, their families, colleagues and the people they serve.

Brought to you by Carers UK and the Charity for Civil Servants.

Presented by Anton Constantinou, Carers UK’s Senior Account Executive, you’ll be guided through how to access the Digital Resource for Carers and Jointly, how to use them, and how they can support you with your caring responsibilities.

The demonstration will run for up to an hour. It will begin with a walkthrough of the Digital Resource for Carers and conclude with a demonstration of Jointly. There will be time at the end for questions.

In line with Talk Money Week, you’ll be shown how the Digital Resource can be used to access crucial information on managing finances, benefits, financial support and the costs associated with caring.
