Mega Miles Challenge 2026: Together we’ve raised an incredible £76,000

What an achievement! Thanks to the incredible enthusiasm, determination and generosity of colleagues across the UK, this year’s Mega Miles Challenge raised an amazing £76,000, including Gift Aid and match funding from our supporting partner, Baringa.

Civil servants across departments walked, ran, wheeled and cycled thousands of miles in support of colleagues facing life’s challenges. Some covered miles during their daily commute, while others organised a department walk, hosted a fundraising event or cheered colleagues from the sidelines. 

Every mile, donation and act of encouragement contributed to the success of the challenge. It has been inspiring to witness the unity and support among colleagues across the Civil Service to raise vital funds to help us be there when people need us most. 

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated, volunteered or encouraged others to get involved.

We’re also incredibly grateful to our supporting partner, Baringa, whose generous match support has helped increase the impact of colleagues fundraising efforts.
