Having issues with your Civil Service pension? Support is available

Questions or delays around your Civil Service pension can feel stressful, particularly if you are approaching retirement, have recently retired or are supporting someone else to navigate the process.

The Civil Service Pensioners’ Alliance, also known as CSPA, supports retired civil servants and those approaching retirement with information, guidance and representation on issues affecting Civil Service pensioners.

Pensions can be complex, and it is not always easy to know where to turn when you have a question or concern. CSPA helps its members stay informed about pension developments, understand key issues and access support from an organisation that understands the Civil Service pensions landscape.

As a membership organisation, CSPA also represents the interests of Civil Service pensioners and helps make sure their experiences and concerns are heard.

Support from CSPA can include:

  • regular updates on pension developments
  • information and guidance on key issues affecting pensioners
  • representation on matters affecting Civil Service pensions
  • access to knowledgeable support
  • a community of people with shared Civil Service experience
  • member benefits and discounts

If you are experiencing issues with your Civil Service pension, or would like to better understand the support available, CSPA may be able to help.
