About this webinar

The Charity for Civil Servants is hosting a free webinar, with a presentation delivered by CSPA, designed to give you clear, balanced, and factual information about what’s been happening with the administration of the Civil Service Pension Scheme and what it means for you.

What we’ll cover

The current situation with Capita – a straightforward overview of the administration challenges that have arisen, and the impact these have had on scheme members

Member experiences – our presenter will share insight into the types of issues civil servants have been encountering, helping to paint a picture of the wider landscape

Understanding your options – guidance on the steps available to you if you have been affected, including how to seek help, raise concerns through the right channels, and access further support

The recovery plan – what is being put in place to address the issues, the commitments that have been made, and what members can reasonably expect going forward.

There will be a live Q&A at the end so you can put your questions directly to our presenter.
