Starting in the Thames estuary, the 205 mile route bi-sects south London, bridging the Thames onto Wiggin’s Olympic time trial route, before seeking green country lanes, quaint villages, the lush Vale of Pewsey, climbing the Mendip hills, descending breath-taking Cheddar gorge, finally arriving on the seafront at Weston-Super-Mare.

Location: Coastal road near the Abbey Hotel, Minster on Sea, Isle-of-Sheppey, ME12 2DA
Age requirements: 18 years and over
Registration fee: £169 plus minimum of £300 fundraising
