Christmas and New Year opening hours

Our phone lines will be closed from noon Wednesday 24 December reopening 10am Friday 2 January 2026.

During this time, our website remains open if you need information, guidance or would like to explore the ways we support civil servants when life gets tricky. You can still apply for help through our online portal*, and access our wellbeing, money and housing advice at any time.

*Please note: applications submitted during the closure period will be reviewed once we reopen.
