Across the week, you will be able to access more than 20 online sessions exploring a wide range of topics linked to mental health, wellbeing and life’s different challenges. Sessions will cover themes such as resilience, managing change, stress, mindfulness, grief and bereavement, life transitions, workplace wellbeing and compassionate support.
The programme has been designed to offer something useful, practical and human. Whether you are looking for tools to support yourself, guidance to help others, or fresh insight into creating healthier and more supportive workplaces, the conference aims to provide knowledge, reassurance and practical steps you can take away.

We’re proud to support this conference and the vital role it plays in bringing practical wellbeing help to civil servants. Creating space for honest conversations, accessible guidance and providing the right tools for building resilience is essential – helping people manage pressures, support each other, adapt to challenges, and continue delivering critical services to the public.

Jonathan Freeman, Charity for Civil Servants CEO –
Supporting the mental health and wellbeing of civil servants has never been more important. Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Conference creates a valuable opportunity for people to learn from experts, access practical support and take positive steps for their wellbeing. We are incredibly grateful to Accenture for their generous support, which helps us bring this important event to thousands of civil servants across the UK
Each day will include opportunities for reflection and learning, with sessions shaped around real-life experiences and the challenges people may face at different stages of life. From mental wellbeing and workplace culture to emotional and practical support, the programme reflects our role as Your Charity for Life, here to support civil servants through the moments that matter.
This year’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Conference is one of the ways we bring people together to share knowledge, encourage open and compassionate conversations, and help colleagues feel more confident accessing support when they need it.
The event is free to attend and open to all civil servants. You can choose the sessions most relevant to you and join as many as you like across the week.
