Take on an all-terrain adventure in the heart of Eryri with big views, climbs, and unforgettable miles across rugged Welsh landscapes. The run contains a mix of coastal viewpoints, forest tracks, rocky paths, and open mountain trails. Settle into a steady rhythm on the ascents, flow on the descents, and soak up panoramic scenery from start to finish.

Date and start time: Saturday 5 September, 8am for 54km, 10am for 25km, 11am for 12km
Location: Bath House, The Quay, Barmouth, LL42 1HB
Age requirements: 16 years and over for the 12km, 17 years and over for the 25km, 20 years and over for the 54km
Registration fee: 12km £40, 25km £55, 54km £95
