Take on this fast, flat run on traffic free trails and the canal towpath with a bespoke medal and treats at the finish line. Runners will trail along the tranquil Leeds to Liverpool Canal (Kirkstall). This out-and-back route is an entirely flat route, making it perfect for beginners who want to take in the beautiful lakeside sights.
