What happens when someone lacks capacity to make an Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)? If you are involved in supporting someone who lacks capacity to make an LPA or manage their own affairs, you may find it helpful to learn more about the role of a court appointed deputy. In this session, we will discuss the application process, the responsibilities of a deputy and the Office of the Public Guardian’s role in supervising deputies.
