[01:00:00:13 - 01:00:17:18] Hi. The charity for civil servants has been here for civil servants and their families for generations, providing an umbrella of free, confidential support so that no one in the civil service ever has to face life's challenges alone. [01:00:18:28 - 01:00:25:13] And that is why we are so proud to be celebrating our 140th anniversary next year. [01:00:27:11 - 01:00:32:17] Christmas is often a moment to pause and look back at what we've achieved over the last year. [01:00:34:06 - 01:00:41:03] And there is a lot to celebrate in how the charity has been able to support our civil service community this last year. [01:00:42:04 - 01:00:50:29] For example, our Mental Health and Wellbeing Conference saw around 13,500 people from right across the civil service community [01:00:52:00 - 01:00:57:18] register, attend live across the five days or watch back on demand, our incredible conference. [01:00:58:18 - 01:01:08:29] It really was a standout moment where we made space for our mental health, shared practical tools and reminded one another that support is always available. [01:01:10:00 - 01:01:23:29] At Civil Service Live, we were able to meet colleagues face to face and listen to what is happening in departments and promote the many ways in which the charity can help you and the people you manage when life gets tricky. [01:01:26:19 - 01:01:50:29] Whether you took part in the Mega Miles Challenge, donated through payroll giving, play our community lottery, encourage your team to join in with Festive Jumper Day, supported this year's Christmas appeal, pledged a gift in your will or fundraised in your own way, it all makes such a difference and we really are so grateful to you. [01:01:53:00 - 01:02:02:28] Because of support like this, we are able to help someone from the civil service community on average every 15 minutes every day of the year. [01:02:04:17 - 01:02:09:29] And one of the individuals we supported recently made the case for what we do so much more eloquently than I can. [01:02:11:00 - 01:02:18:17] They said, "When you're part of a community like the Civil Service, it's important to help others. [01:02:19:17 - 01:02:21:29] I just didn't know it would ever be me asking for help." [01:02:23:00 - 01:02:40:29] So as we look ahead to our 140th year, please keep spreading the word. If you have new starters, returners or colleagues in other locations, encourage them to find out about the charity and to get involved. [01:02:42:03 - 01:03:03:22] Make sure that they know that they are now part of our civil service family and with the charity, they will now be able to reach out for free support for the rest of their life. Because after all, the charity is there for life, not just for Christmas.
